The creek and pond system is a valuable and historically significant area. This ever present water supply is also a great magnet for the local wildlife, The ponds are well maintained to ensure water quality remains the best it can be for the prevailing conditions throughout the year.
Some of the flora that can be seen in the estate is:
Black Bean - Bunya Pines - Tamarinds - Guioa - Tuckeroo - Lilly Pillys - Black Wattle - Cedar Trees - Illawarra Flame Trees - Red Gums - Poinciana - Jacaranda - Grevilleas - Variety of Palms - Brazillain Rain Trees - Evergreen Elder - Golden Penda and large variety of Elks, Ferns and Stags.
The are of course areas of well manicured lawns and abundance of flowers and attractive stone retaining walls. A great balance of nature and attractive functionality.
